Contact Michael Laidlow on:
The Medway Neighbourhood watch would like to announce that Erin Scott, who took over the post of VWLO (Volunteer and Watch Liason Officer), has decided to take another
post outside of the organisation.
We fully support her in this decision, and would like to thank her for all that she has done and wish her all the
best for the future.
However as a charity that is constantly striving to meet new challenges in the local community we must move on, and in recognition of this we would like to welcome our new VWLO Michael Laidlow and wish him all the luck in
his new job position.
Rollover the image to see Erin receive a special leaving
gift from our Chairman Dave Duncombe!

2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
As you will be aware we were not able to hold our AGM this year due to the coronavirus situation. It looks likely that things will not get better until at least the spring of next year.
In the meantime we propose to our members that:
The Minutes and Accounts are available on the website www.medwaynwa.co.uk, but anyone needing a hard copy should contact the secretary in the first instance as detailed below.
Chair Maria Jarvis
Minute secretary Rosemary Roberts
Treasurer Jeff Mannooch
Committee Mark Botting
David Duncombe, Tony Faram and Gloria Faram decided to stand down during the year but David and Tony agreed to remain as Trustees pending replacements being appointed. We thank them for their hard work and support for our Association.
If you agree with the proposals above you need do nothing more. (If you do not get in touch by post it helps to reduce the need to handle and open mail and so reduces the risk of spreading the virus )
If you do not agree with the above proposals please email secretarymnhway.outlook.com listing any objections or questions. If unable to email you may write to MNHWA, Neighbourhood Watch Office, Medway Police Station, Purser Way, Gillingham ME7 1NE. Please make sure to include your name, address and phone number so we can contact you. If we do not hear from you by [enter date] we will take the view that you are in agreement with our proposals.
We trust that you will understand the need for this action in these uncertain times. These actions will also allow the Association to comply with both the Charities Commission and Companies House annual filing requirements.
